Q: Privacy Policy

We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers. For example, if an Authorized Customer is logged on and the site is unused for more than 10 minutes, we will automatically log the Authorized Customer off. How does Your Site use login information? Your Site uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user’s movement and use, and gather broad demographic information. What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site? Your Site has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with law. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at sales@sextonoffroad.com Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site? We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting sales@sextonoffroad.com . However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward. What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes? We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure. By ordering items from Sexton Offroad you are confirming that you have read and agree to our warranty, statement of liability, and agree to all transaction policies below: Please note all prices are subject to change with no notice, prices will be requoted in house by our sales staff.

Q: WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty is limited to the cost of the replacement part. All warranties limited to Manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. No further warranties are expressed or implied. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees on warranty claims.

Q: RETURNED GOODS POLICY

All returned goods MUST INCLUDE A RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) NUMBER. Please call Sexton Offroad returns department for approval and RGA. The RGA number must be written clearly on the returned box, Any item that is returned without an RGA will be refused. All returned or canceled goods are subject to a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. All items must be returned in resalable condition (Original Box unopened and original packaging, no tape or fingerprints. Returned item will be inspected for cleanliness, damage and completeness). Any Item that does not meet the before mentioned criteria will not be accepted and will only be returned via pre paid freight or customer generated call tag. NO EXCEPTIONS! Customer will pay all shipping and processing costs on exchanged, canceled, or returned items; and warranty items to and from. Any items that have been previously installed or modified from their original state will not be accepted for return. All sales are final on Electronic Items, Light Bulbs, Tools, Roll Cages, and Special Order, or Unique items and are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable, No returns on international orders. Refunds may take 15 - 30 days to process depending on the product and form of payment. Credit card orders that are canceled will be responsible for all fees imposed by the credit card issuing bank. This includes but is not limited to processing fees, and per transaction fees.

Q: SALES TAX

Utah residents will be charged 6.05 % sales tax. Some drop ship items may require collection of sales tax. Please contact us prior to ordering if you should have any questions.

Q: STATEMENT OF LIMITED LIABILITY

Because Sexton Offroad has no control over the installation and/or other uses of our products, Sexton Offroad will not be held liable for personal, property, legal, or financial damages or claims stemming from the use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safety, proper installation, performance, and applicability of these products. If you have any doubts or concerns about the installation, function, performance or proper use of any of our products, please contact us prior to the installation or use of the product.

If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering. Oversized, heavy, or bulky items may be subject to additional shipping and or handling charges. Depending on destination of items other fees may apply. Sexton Offroad is not responsible for missing packages, incorrect delivery of packages or any package or product damage during shipment. Sexton Offroad is not responsible for manufactures scheduled delivery dates or third party transit companies delivery service. International shipments require scheduled pre-paid freight pick-up from our location. Please contact us prior to ordering with any questions you may have. Prices are subject to change with-out notice. Shipping charges may vary on order and may change at the time an order is shipped based on current shipping rates offered by each courier.
