Awesome custom 4x4 fabrication and upgrade shop. They specialize in classic Broncos but they can do upgrades to any 4x4 off-road vehicles. They have raced in the king of the hammers series for years. They use that hard earned race knowledge apply the right parts for the job. A little lift or full fledged rock crawler ready for competition can be built by these guys.

Took money in advance, never delivered and has been unresponsive in refunding my money. I paid $1,200 for a wiring harness which was never delivered. You ignored my email requesting a check May 30 2018. The guy that was collaborating with your onsite, (Wil) owes me $26,000. He disappeared like a complete weasel and hung me out to dry. Not even being able to recoup the $1,200 from you seems lame for an established business. I only think about it when I drive through your town.

Common Suspension Repairs

Off-road vehicles endure more strain on their suspension than regular vehicles, leading to common repair needs:

Broken or Worn Springs (Coil or Leaf)
Cause: Fatigue from heavy loads, rough terrain, or large tires.
Repair: Replace or upgrade to heavy-duty springs.

Damaged or Leaking Shocks
Cause: Fluid leakage from off-roading conditions or general wear.
Repair: Replace with off-road-specific shocks (e.g., monotube, reservoir).

Bent or Broken Control Arms
Cause: Off-roading stresses and suspension lifts can bend or break arms.
Repair: Replace with stronger or longer off-road control arms.

Worn Bushings and Joints
Cause: Constant movement of suspension components.
Repair: Replace with durable polyurethane bushings.

Ball Joint Failures
Cause: Wear from off-roading or poor maintenance.
Repair: Replace with heavy-duty, off-road-ready joints.

Misalignment from Lift Kits
Cause: Suspension geometry changes after lifting.
Repair: Adjust alignment to correct tire wear and improve handling.

Damaged Sway Bars or Links
Cause: Off-roading can damage sway bars and links.
Repair: Replace or upgrade sway bars; install disconnects for better articulation.

CV Joint or Axle Damage
Cause: Stress from lifted suspensions and large tires.
Repair: Replace with stronger aftermarket CV joints or axles.
