1969 Ford Bronco
Originally sold in Sacramento CA in December of 1968.
Front Axle: Swapped in a Dana 44 ,Knuckles from 1979 Big Bronco, Discs calipers etc for disc brake conversion. Warn Chromoly axle shafts with CTM U-Joints ,Ox Locker selectable full locker. 4.10 gear ratio, all differential items etc. are new.
Steering: James Duff Ultimate steering system , Wild Horses Extreme Duty Power steering pump.
Custom built track bar with hiem joints on both ends. Custom built drag link also. Both built with 1.75” 300 wall DOM tubing. Tie Rod ends from Chevy 1 ton.
Rear Axle: Stock 9” Heavy Duty housing. Detroit locker installed, full time locker. Superior Heavy duty 31 spline axles.
4.10 gear ratio, new gears and install kit. Disc brakes from TSM Manufacturing, rear calipers are 85 Cadillac Eldorado calipers.
Transmission: NP-435 4 speed dealer installed when new. Transmission has been rebuilt with new synchros, new shift forks, all new small parts kit etc. Transfer case is stock Dana 20, T shift version. Has been resealed and serviced.
Engine: 351 Windsor Roller block from 1994 Ford Truck. EFI using 1992 Mustang components. 24# Injectors, 70mm aftermarket throttle body, fuel rails from 92 Mustang, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, two pump fuel delivery system. Bored .30 over, new hypereutectic pistons, Trick flow cylinder heads, new bearings, gaskets, engine is balanced. Engine management computer is 1992 Mustang A9L computer. Engine harness , Main computer harness and O2 harness is Ford Motorsports. Cam is relatively small with focus on low end power and torque, James Duff long tube headers that have been jet coated and have had O2 bungs welded into the collectors. Dual Exhaust from the headers back with Dynomax mufflers. Serpentine Belt System for a 1992 Mustang from BC broncos:new 3G Alternator with 1 wire hookup from BC Broncos ,James Duff Aluminum radiator.
New 23 Gal tank with custom skid. All wiring was replaced with a Centech harness.Has custom built bumpers front and rear. Has custom built roll bar. Lift: 3.5” Suspension lift, James Duff Long Travel Suspension , Also Has 2” Wild Horses Body Lift.
